Embroidery
Our most popular method is our quality thread artistically stitched into your material to create a long lasting product.
All of our embroidery work starts with an idea or logo being crafted in house to a digital blue print on our computers, this process is called digitizing. From there, the design is taken to the machine where it will be sewn as I have programed. As the logo downloads, I prep the machine with the custom colors of thread needed to implement your design. I watch each logo carefully to ensure the best outcome of each individual item. After the machine completes its work then I remove it carefully and begin the preparation for it to come home to its new owner. All items must be trimmed properly, checked for accuracy and consistency.
Heat Transfers
Another popular method of ours is the art of taking heat to apply your logo in ink to your material.
Similar to our embroidery work, our heat transfers start with an idea or logo being digitally crafted in house. The art that comes from this is referred to as vector art. From there the design is sent to a large cutter where it will quickly be carved into a roll of specialty transfer material. Once the cutter has etched the outline of your logo, we remove the unused material leaving only your design. This process is repeated for each color in the logo. After all of the little details have been carved out of your transfer material, we proceed to layer the colors to create your logo. Your shirt or material is laid out with care across the heat press and we place each individual logo on the items before applying the appropriate heat. Each item is then checked for accuracy and consistency as we package and fold them carefully to be presented to you.

Screen Printing
We supply handcrafted screen printed logos and hand press them using our heat press to supply mass quantities of your custom designs for all of your business and personal needs.
